Sona brings more than two decades of experience leading high-performance go-to-market organizations across fintech, technology, and financial services. She partners with CEOs, Boards, and private equity sponsors to accelerate value creation by reinforcing the systems and leadership disciplines that drive predictable execution. 

Her work focuses on strengthening commercial infrastructure, from pipeline integrity and forecast discipline to incentive design and execution cadence. She works closely with leadership teams to sharpen decision clarity, reinforce accountability, and maintain alignment under pressure. In an environment increasingly shaped by AI, she emphasizes preserving one shared operational reality so that speed enhances performance rather than fragmenting it.
