Clarendon Partners Announces Mike Parrinello’s Promotion to Managing Director

Clarendon Partners is pleased to announce that Mike Parrinello has been promoted to Managing Director, recognizing his leadership and impact across the Asset Management & Insurance (AMI) market. 

Over the course of his career, Mike has established himself as a trusted advisor to asset managers and insurers navigating complex operational, regulatory, and risk challenges. He brings deep industry experience and a practical, execution-focused approach to helping organizations modernize operations, strengthen governance, and operate more effectively at scale. 

Since joining Clarendon Partners, Mike has played a key role in expanding the firm’s AMI work by building strong relationships with senior leaders and translating industry complexity into clear, actionable outcomes. He is also deeply connected across the AMI ecosystem, including insurers, asset managers, custodians, and technology providers. 

As Managing Director, Mike will continue to work closely with asset managers and insurers to address the operational and data challenges created by scale, regulation, and evolving asset classes, while contributing to industry dialogue through thought leadership, conferences, and market forums.
