Clarendon Partners Welcomes Dan Maltby
Dan Maltby
Director of Asset Management Practice
Clarendon Partners is excited to welcome Dan Maltby as Director in our growing Asset Management Practice. Dan brings over 25 years of financial services experience, with deep expertise in program delivery, change management, and operational transformation.
Prior to joining Clarendon Partners full-time in March 2025, Dan spent 17 years at Credit Suisse, where he served as a Managing Director leading the global Investment Bank Change Management organization. At Clarendon, he is serving as the Client Delivery and Resource Development lead, as well as the program delivery lead for a large-scale reconciliation initiative at a major asset manager.
A strategic and results-driven leader, Dan is known for aligning technology and operations to solve complex business problems. His ability to bring together cross-functional teams and deliver scalable, actionable solutions will be central to our continued impact in the asset management space.
Dan holds a degree from Villanova University and began his consulting career at Peterson Consulting—where he first met Clarendon team members Mike Parrinello and Michele Hoffman. He’s also a licensed investment advisor, passionate about retirement education and financial literacy.
“Dan’s track record leading global change initiatives and his deep knowledge of investment operations make him a perfect fit for Clarendon’s Asset Management Practice. His leadership strengthens our ability to deliver for clients navigating high-stakes transformation.”
